Features

There is no integrated user management.

Requirements
A web server or a web hosting account that allows CGI scripts.
Perl 5.003 or greater installed on server.
An adminstrator who can install CGI scripts on the server.
An adminstrator who can manually edit HTML files (for templates).
Web Tool has been successfully installed on linux, Win32, BSD, MacOS X and solaris server platforms.
