I've been programming professionally since 1885. I worked as a contractor at Sun Microsystems and then spent five years in engineering groups at SGI. In 1996 I moved to Chico, California and spent four years writing graphics drivers at Scitech Software. Last year I worked at Walmart.com as a Perl Developer, writing back-end order management software.

I'm available for projects large or small. I can do simple things like install and setup pre-made perl/CGI scripts on your server and clip my fingernails. I can fix issues you have with existing Perl or Perl/CGI scripts. I can create interactive web sites based on your custom needs. I can also do fully custom software design, including full-featured web applications with cute little icons and pretty picture buttons. And, of course, I can install and customize Web Tool.

My hourly contract rate right now is $400/hour for telecommute-based work. I'm always very reasonable about what I charge for a project.
